DG-Sync & Zero-Export Control
Use more solar, protect your DG
Control software that keeps your DG safe when solar runs with it, and stops export where the grid does not allow it.
- Clear proposal with GST
- Hosted and backed up by us
- Setup and training included
Key points
- Keeps the DG above a safe minimum load
- Holds grid export at zero where needed
- Uses as much solar as the load allows
- Runs at the site; keeps working without internet
Overview
When the grid is down and the diesel generator runs, solar can push the DG below its safe load or even feed power back into it. Our control software watches the DG and grid meters and limits the inverters in real time, so the DG always keeps a safe minimum load.
Where export is not allowed or not paid, the same software holds grid export at zero, while still using as much solar as the load allows.
The control runs on the device at the site, so it keeps working even if the internet drops. You see what it did on the Solar Portal.
